Whether or not your statement is true, it certainly can't be referring to EGlobe. According to the company's filings, its outstanding shares have risen from 20 million on August 1 to 24.8 milllion on December 12. This is before another 22.6 million that are presently convertible from the company's alphabet soup of preferreds. There are also millions of warrants exerciable for as little as 1 cent per share.
