Ed: All of your points are good.

If necesssary, HSN, is a good choice for TV exposure. I think they could really boost interest in established brand name cosmetics and drugs if a big company like Johnson&Johnson bought them out. Hydron has terrific patented products, but they are going to have a rough going against the big marketing machines like J&J. Word of mouth can spread, but the other consumer giants will just put out "me-to" products to squelch any defection. I think it would be a win-win situation if Hydron could negotiate a decent buy-out with a company like J&J.

I have had some reservations about them going into the vitamins/supplements business. Product extension works with big brand names, but even they can falter. Their catalog is very attractive. Exposure is critical.

We'll just have to see. Right now this is all speculation as to what will happen.

You didn't clearly explain what financial ramifications would come out of a potential contract split up with QVC. Could you explain further if you know?
