dway-- IMO they will have zero effect. These things are a cost of doing business and will have no effect on the IPO. If they hold coms down for a few days -- the luck of the draw. I am not paranoid enough to believe these have been orchestrated,,, the court systems are too much of a pain in the butt to try, too expensive to gamble on, and there are no certainties of timing,,, if EB wanted to do some damage control he could have someonr give a little news conference,, please do not let him do it himself... one time I believe it is best to ignore the news,,, not worth the time it would take and if EB speaks we drop lower,,, |
