After conversion of the various preferred issues, MTIC owns 16.1% of Caldera. When RHAT when public, they had $10.79 MM in sales for their fiscal year ending February 28, 1999. CALD had sales of $3.05 MM for the fiscal year ending October 31, 1999. The filing may push MTIC through the $40 barrier.
