Stan:

Regarding EXDS, I came across a Business Week article on Big Blue while in a meeting this evening. On the subject "E-Outsourcing: Competitive Landscape", there was the following quote:

"EDS is big, but it has been slow to move its business to the Net. New outsourcing players like INTC and EXDS are piling in. But IBM remains in the lead"

Taking this article literaly, it would seem that IBM is a larger player in the Internet Server Hosting market that EXDS is also in. What can you tell us about IBM's position, and can you clarify the Business Week comment, if possible?

Many thanks,
Justin
