Hi Mark, As I recall, the buyout offer of AMATI by Texas Instruments took quite a while before the offer was passed on to the share holders. I'm not sure that's happening here. In the Amati case, Texas Instruments offered 20 dollars for each share. Amati was around 10 dollars.

Mark I'm still a believer in Magic and will remain so. OnStar is just too good to be true. If thinks work out, I think I'll buy an Escalade equipped with OnStar. When Magic is ready to post a PR. I hope the news is great. Some may sell on the news, but if it's great I won't. Cheers Friend.
