rnwk belongs with aol/time warner no matter if it ever happens mp3.com has a lot of leverage to be the music superstore/superlabel/digital music platform and it is cashed up to try and realize the goal cdnw and columbia house could have been and may hold some promise but cdnw has high losses due to brand building...its customer base also needs to ramp faster...amazon has more than 10 million total customers. granted, not all are music buyers
