Heartsoft, Inc. Names Kathleen M. Hurley to Board of Directors

TULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 11, 2000--Heartsoft, Inc. announced today that education technology specialist Kathy M. Hurley has joined the company's Board of Directors effective January 1, 2000.

Hurley is a leader in the educational technology industry with over 25 years executive level sales and marketing experience in major educational technology companies, most recently being named Vice President of Marketing for Netschools of Atlanta, GA. Prior to joining Netschools, Ms. Hurley served as Vice President of Marketing of The Learning Company School Division. Her extensive background includes similar executive positions with SkillsBank, Mindscape, Grolier Electronic Publishing, and
Developmental Learning Materials (DLM). She also served for 5 years as the Education Industry Consultant at IBM K-12 Eduquest.
