Way to go Novell

This is excellent news. It says that Novell will not permit Microsoft to get away with misstating Netware capabilities.

I must add that this notification and Microsoft's move to remove the FUD are clear indications of Microsoft's fear of further legal action. Any pattern of the type of FUD Microsoft has previously thrown at Novell could very well result in major litigation.

As I said before, once you have a Federal Court reaching a monopoly conclusion, it would be possible for those companies victimized by Microsoft's misstatements to pursue legal action to enjoin Microsoft. The prospect of success would be very high.

Presumeably Microsoft counsel is aware of the dangers that its FUD machine isn't.
