Captain Jack, WADR, you are dismissing this too lightly. Palm could be liable to pay significant licensing fees to XRX. The negative perception from this would affect the stock more than the actual earnings loss because of this. Having said that, I believe that XRX is a bunch of LOSERS. How many technological boats (PC, mouse, internet, PDA) invented by scientists at the Xerox PARC is XRX going to miss before the clueless management wakes up and takes advantage of their innovations.
