ed: That is why we have an Appeals form of Justice in this country.

I agree with you that Jackson has corrupted the definition of monopoly (reread my post). In fact I have been Jackson's chief antagonist on this thread. I know you can express your opinion but can you understand the opinion of anyone else's who is on the side of MSFT. Now if you are trying to discourage me with the shaky and self erecting nature of Jackson's view of monopoly, I can only say,(to paraphrase the book from which all our jurisprudence is derived) that buildings built on sand will not stand. Looking at it in another way, if the judge said a pig was a wild boar he would be kind of right. But sooner or later keener minds would discern the difference. This decision, if not mitigated to a slap on the wrist, will be reversed on Appeal.

I agree that this is all about MSFT not kicking in to the DNC in grand enough fashion ala Buddhist monks wearing Rolex watches with cash in hand and I was one of the first to articulate that concern on this thread.

I grant you that given the perversion of "justice" to date on all issues in this country I find my self much as Gary Bauer put it the other night- a person eating breakfast wondering whether or not he woke up in America as he reads the morning news. JFD
