K-- Of the 2 suits I stated XRX COULD have some lasting effect. The other is a non-issue. The XRX could go back manyyears and many devices. FWD looking it could be something that hangs around until the technology changes. However, all considered it is still not a huge problem. XRX wants a few pennies out of palm also,, if the courts decide they are correct so be it, if EB & crew decide a settlement is in order-- OK,, or the courts may decide nothing is deserved by XRX. Either way there is little room for discouragement as PALM will rise above that Feb 1... Many companies have had much bigger law suits and survived quite well,, msft for example...LOL!
