SargeK; re: FGH - you just can't answer on topic questions can you ? No, easier to dodge the "reality bullet" and just use labels & euphemisms... Why haven't over ONE MILLION shorts who were short long, long ago - way before the Oilpatch blow off; covered a 3 BAGGER SHORT ? - actually, the REAL question; is WHY were they short to that degree - way, way back THEN ?!?!?! - and most importantly - WHO are they REALLY ? Hopefully not hidden behind some LEGAL but, highly complex structure ... Why would FGH sit on all this news while the stock and its individual shareholder get crushed by tax loss selling ? Why would FGI structure the meger wherby certain individuals benefited by a lower stock price going into the finalization ? Not illegal (VBG) no one is saying it is; but if you are an individual shareholder who saw no news, who got crushed, many on margin calls which wiped them out completely; who then got to see the rich get richer by the despicable way this deal was structured ? And YOU wonder why Institutions DUMPED FGH for a 3:1 sell ratio ? - explain why Institutions DUMPED FGH at these prices SARGEK ? Explain why FGH has NEVER enjoyed instituional ownership by the flagships indicative of their industry position ? And as far as spreading "rumors" - one of those posters has a homepage link, quoted specifics, quoted a specific radio, or TV station report and was backed up by yet another poster. Surely - those institutions who dumped did so on mere rumors - sure they did Sarge, one giant conspiracy against YOU & FGH... FGH controls their own destiny - it is THEIR silence that creates a vacumn that is being filled by your "alleged" rumor and ineundo - they can stop it if they wanted to, now couldn't they ?????? hmmmmmm ? why the silence ? You guys have made excuses to long for these guys - the Institutions voted with their feet last qtr boys... Time shall be the judge & jury here.
