no-one gets it - it's classification. rcnc is a telco like lvlt, t and others. not an inet like mspg and yhoo; not a cable co like athm and twx. look at xcit after athm acquisition and aol now as they begin to come under downward valuation pressure of cable classification. no brainer--hi to low valuation = inet to cable to telco. Right or wrong, the street puts everything in the cheapest/most conservative box.
