When Rocker calls some guy (a teammate no less) a "black monkey," That reminds me of the time Howard Kossel ( Hewerd Kew Sel ) almost got fired for a similar unfortunate remark. One Monday Night Football game an African American player ( can't remember the player's name - 500 points to anyone who can ) was running for a touchdown. Howard got so excited he yelled "Look at that little monkey run!!" As I recall the player laughed it off but the network and others went, er, bananas. Howard had to make a groveling apology and pledge to never do anything like it again and it eventually blew over. That must have been 20 years ago now, we forget how long PC has been with us. I understand Howard was half to three quarters schnokered during all those games. Most people couldn't stand Kew Sel but I sort of liked him (though I never publicly admitted it 'till now ).
