ASHBURN, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 11, 2000--Enterworks(SM), Inc., the leading provider of dynamic cataloging and process automation solutions for enterprise portals and e-marketplaces, today announced that it has successfully completed a $25 million round of private funding from several leading institutional investors. General Electric Pension Trust, which is managed by GE Investment Corporation, was the lead investor. Other investors include Chartwell Capital Investors II, L.P., Jefferies & Co., Inc., J. & W. Seligman & Company, and Tudor Investment Corporation. Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown served as the exclusive placement agent for this funding.
