Hi MB, Thanks for your interest in CyBerCorp.com! Let me try to help clarify our policy with IRA's. There is a higher liquid net worth requirement of $250,000 US for opening an IRA. For each IRA account you open up, there must be a $10,000 deposit. The level II data platform is with our CyBerTrader 2.0 software. We will require previous experience and knowledge of direct order placing. A sales representative must approve you to qualify for the CyBerTrader 2.0 after assessing your trading background. Assuming you do qualify, we will offer level II for free if you were to do 50 or more trades per month across all accounts. But please keep in mind, we do not commingle or cross-guarantee multiple accounts which means each account will have a unique login ID. Therefore, you would need to log off and on to switch accounts. If you were to use more than one computer, then the free level II would be valid for only one of the computers. In regards to your question about IRS regulations and daytrading in IRA's, I would refer you to use a tax specialist or accountant.
