I can't believe that BK of that percentage of SNH base won't have SOME adverse consequences - including the possible liquidation of some of those folks, with SNH getting the property back with no income for an indefinite period of time, and a resulting cut in the dividend. It seems to me that the investment issue is whether this is more than adequately reflected in the price, with an analysis required sort of like when Michael Price used to buy debt of BK companies.

I don't have the expertise to do this, but am curious what you guys think.

Isn't HRP the related company? I note with surprise that it is actually up today.
