Hi!! RE: Instead of IBM, what about, say, Sony? I assume there is a connection already with the Dell Trinitron monitors. Make that thing a "PC-TV", put in an Intel chip, a DVD player, a CD rom for games and software, and a cable modem for broadband, and you would have THE product of the 21st century for the masses! And who could better market, manufacture and distribute such a product worldwide than Dell? I'm sure if DELL felt that this was a widespread and popular future concept they would be ready to sell them...We already know the model can adapt to almost anything..."fast follower"..
