I almost hate to give credence to a Yahoo! post but somebody there claims that 3Com has updated their S-1 to reveal an distribution ratio of 1:0.8. The message was brief and I have no way of verifying it. If anybody has real-time access to SEC filings (freeEdgar is delayed a day) then please help clear this up. The distribution ratio, as I have posted previously, is critical to the break-even point for investors buying COMS in order to establish a position in PALM. I have been anticipating a ratio closer to 1 COMS: 0.25 PALM. Any help would be appreciated. I am trying to fend off rumor mongering not perpetuate it. Terrapin
