Dear Marvin: Welcome in your new fellow shareholder--ME. Just bought in a little while ago at 65 3/16. I know, it could drop some more but I believe its a good buy at this price and any more drop is unlikely to last long. Of course, I tend to be a long term holder and am looking out over 1 year. I figure this stock will at least double from these prices within two years. I am looking at the whole picture including the new financial strength and huge cash flow this will bring to the merged entity. I think TWX will not be the LAST company AOL acquires. JDN
