DJ Janus Capital Has 12.4% Stake In Net2Phone >KSU NTOP

WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--Denver-based mutual fund company Janus
Capital Corp. reported holding 12.4% of Net2Phone Inc. (NTOP),
according to a filing made Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange
Commission.
Janus Capital disclosed ownership of 2,198,605 Net2Phone shares in a
Form 13G, which denotes passive ownership in a company.
Net2Phone allows users to make calls anywhere in the world via the
Internet using a phone, fax or computer.
Janus Capital is a division of Kansas City Southern Industries Inc.
(KSU).
