Charles, it has got to be one of the lamest reasons for an upgrade. This sudden bullish scenario on Intel is beginning to look a little suspect to me.....like the analysts are determined to force the stock up, one way or another.

I really don't think Intel's Q4 will be as good as they are predicting....but who knows?
