Is anyone still following this company? The CEO was pretty upbeat about the company's future during the last earnings release:

Mr. Hermano Studart Lins de Albuquerque, the Company's Chief Executive Officer stated, ``While the continuing instability of the Brazilian currency and our efforts to conclude the Company's debt restructuring have been detrimental to our short-term financial results, we feel very positive about the Company's position going into the year 2000. Along with our participation in the recent bidding process and the positive trends in the Brazilian regulatory environment, we believe there are many attractive opportunities to use our infrastructure and know-how not only in the pay-TV area, but also in the promising area of high speed data, Internet and telecommunications services.'

I would think that PYTV's infrastructure assets would be worth something as wireless broadband becomes a hotter topic. A good takeover candidate for a company like GLCBY or TVA maybe?

Does anyone know what part of the spectrum they are allowed to use?

Thanks.
