Lynn - there was a discussion here Sunday on this question which I also raised. If you look for my last post and replies, the conclusion was that WCDMA pays royalties to Q regardless. Litigation is always possible, the Japanese companies generally frown on it. Check out Sunday's dialogue. Best, John
