If there is a buyout, it should represent the value of the company given it's patents and the current contracts for service, as well as the value of myTalk and its exploding membership base.

Companies have recently been priced at valuations related to the size of the problems that they solve. The
problems that this company can solve are what is holding up an explosive growth spurt of the net.

In a fair world we would expect a very, very healthy valuation. I don't believe that the world is fair. But I don't like being taken advantage of, and neither do I suppose many of you.

The company's lack of marketing and PR are helping keep the stock depressed. For instance, there is no reason that the company should not, at this moment, be aggressively shouting to the world the growth of myTalk.com.

The company needs to establish that it is serving the needs of all of the share holders. To my mind, they are not, at this time doing this. Of course this may change in the next 5 minutes with something great from their new PR company.
