Where we are at thus far:
This company has been reorganized and has changed name to Inouye Technologies (Canada) Inc. Silicon Investor is not yet showing it, though it is on the CDN. It has been described on another board as "grey market" where you don't see the bid ask during the day but can find out by phoning a broker. Think the correct description for this market is Canadian Dealing Network (CDN) unlisted, which is a branch of the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE). Guess the goal will be to get on the new Canadian Venture Exchange (CDNX) which would be great.
Symbol is ITII on the CDN, if you type it in the U.S. you may come up with a Nasdaq company with the same symbol, so you have to make sure of the difference.
Inouye sells power line conditioners for very high end audio systems where people spend $20,000 US and up, they are used to noticeably clean up the sound. The private company has been around for 10 years and is well known in high end audio circles, in such publications as Inner Ear, etc. The inventor and now CEO, Brian Inouye, is a contributing writer to Inner Ear and a few other of the major high end audio magazines. A dozen units were used in the American Music Awards, plus I heard Bryan Adams and some other well known musicians use them.
The company is getting a larger production facility set up, which will help as they have more orders than capacity and the pace of new orders has kept increasing.
When Silicon gets its act together we will have to start a new board here. There has been more activity on Stockhouse so far as they now have a new board and the symbol is listed there as O.ITII because they use the O. to mean CDN exchange.
