Remember when two weeks ago the rumor was that MSFT would miss their numbers?

And I said they could miss it because of legal fees?

And their investor relations said "We have not changed our guidance" and I told everyone that DID NOT MEAN THEY WOULD NOT MISS THEIR NUMBER.

Well, they're going to miss by 3 cents because of the caldera settlement.
