There has been quite a bit of shareholder resentment to this deal (especially on other chat threads). I for one am against this deal. The AOL/Time Warner combo is great but the price is too high! And as a holder of other internet stocks (CMGI AMZN etc), this sets a bad precedent and lowers valuation of all net stocks. Let the old media try to set up their own networks and then they'll see just how much access to the internet is really worth. Last year CMGI squashed a similar deal between Lycos?USA for the same reason.

I for one am voting against the deal and would urge all to do the same. 1 for 1, that should have been the deal. Case gave away the store!!!!!!!!
