The only announcements I want to hear from Dr. Schmidt is Novell has receieved a buy-out from .... or I am making the following management changes and cutting 1,000 plus employees from the payroll. This stock is "dead money" for a turnaround for many quarters to come if at all. From the customer's perspective they are concerned with buying products from a company that is a long term viable entity.

I would take an offer of $15 per share tommorow and not look back.
