Ox, thanks for the response. In running some scenarios before I jump off the cliff, I have noticed that the implied volatility is quite high, and I am concerned that it may be skewing my numbers in predicting income generation. Is this a result of the general volatility in the market? My concern is that if implied reverts to historical, it may lower premies. But I wonder by how much, percentage-wise? How long have you been following QQQ? Can you give me any thoughts in this area? Is it something I should worry about, or just go with it.

On the same subject, I am planning to buy a 2002 leap for CCing against. But because implied is so high right now, I am wondering if I might be better waiting to buy the leap, assuming things might settle down and the premium might be lower. On the other hand, since it is two years out, it may not be worth waiting for. Comments? Thanks.
