The agreement with Hankuk really is significant. Hankuk is required to meet certain manufacturing and sales milestones or risk having to pay some form of a monetary penalty. It's also my understanding that REFR retains the right to cancel the agreement if they so choose. This, to me, seems pretty significant! This licence seems to "have some teeth to it." I'm excited that this company will actually start getting some real revenues from their SPD technology.
