mohan, thanks for the info.
keith, in the annual report it said they will be spun off to shareholders. in what is expected to be a tax free transaction. so at&t is a good example. i heard analysts estimate the rest. between 5 and 7 dollars a share. if they were going to do a 1 for 1. but my guess is a 1 for 4. that would put the price at about 20 bucks. and they won't have to start with 1.5 billion shares. just my thoughs. anyone else care to take a guess?
