I agree. I think that it is a wonderful interlocking match from a business point of view. From a shareholder point of view, it does leave something to be desired. If it werent for the arbirtrage differential, perhaps AOL wouldn't have gone down as much. I guess we can expect to see the shareholder lawsuits coming about in near term.
