. . . . . . UNCLE! . . . . . . .

When you find yourself about to pull out whatever hair you have left, it is time to buy something. CMGI, BRCM, WCOM and even QCOM are looking pretty good to me here. SNE, ICGE, RHAT, YHOO, CMRC, ETEK, DCLK, JDSU and BVSN are all looking good when viewed from a distance.

If you were coming into the market today, you would have some good shopping. To those that feel like they are in bondage. . . you are not alone. . . and this is why we sell our peaks and buy the dips. . . rather than ONLY hold our cores.

10% up and 20% down. . .the volatile swings. . .have a way of taking the fun out for some and put it in for others.

Soon we will have YHOO earnings. . .

The ability to trade after hours may today wind up being worth those higher priced commissions some of us pay. If YHOO beats the street, we rock and roll. . . if they disappoint. . .we are in some trouble.

Does this volatility signal the market top? Or is this manipulation extended over from last week, designed to shake out the small investors from the market?

I will let that question ride for the night.
