Hehe. As an aside, doesn't it seem to you Gore is struggling? I haven't followed the Dims much at all, but it seems Gore is having a run for his money with Bradley. On the issue of assembling a team. I think the thing far more complex than merely picking the players. You don't just go in and say "You, you, you and you." In fact some of Keyes' people are likely already chosen and are in large part responsible for his success thus far. Some of these folk will help with the transition or help choose those who will do so. Surely Keyes makes the final decision, but of course this is precisely why he is better than the others. By the time it gets to the final decision, issues of talent are something of non-questions. Here issues of integrity, character, temperament (one's ability to fit in with the team and sacrificially advance the Executive's agenda) come into relief.
