i think seagate beat the "number"(with "1time" expenses) but made way less revenues than last year and a little less rev than last quarter...if there was y2k stockpiling going on then this coming quarter will look horrible...also christmas comp sales slowdown and less need for drives...also asian production not hurt by y2k bug...
looks bad for seg....market not in the mood for kindness right now...see LU etc
