Lehman appears to be very confident in the ODP. They get a better deal doing the financing now. When I am loaning money, I want the best deal I can get. When I am borrowing, I want the best deal I can get. It is a matter of who is holding the most cards. Getting the financing with an affiliate of Lehman Bros. ensure one of the company's long term goals - the backing of a world class investment banking firm along with coverage by respected analysts. They got both of these and funding of the Hyperion rollout. Now is the time to start this relationship. It is good for Lehman and it is good for SNRS. In the future SNRS will be holding more of the cards than they do now. The calculus changes with EPS. This is just a fact of life. jpublic89
