Thanks for post. I find interesting that the other company against whom ORCL is competing for this business has chosen to remain nameless. Perhaps, should the biz go to ORCL, it wishes to mitigate the negative implications that would follow. FWIW, ORCL appears to have the cohones to id itself as competing for the biz.

On balance, the news is positive. Good find.
