Can anybody point me towards, a news release, by any BB, that has released news, after they have filed SB10, giving updates on the status of the filing, or status of a pending E?
I finally talked to the company. They did get comments back, contrary to what I was told by the outside IR firm that was?? assisting Majestic.
IMO, this is a real company, real revenues, real products, and new products with huge upside potential. They are doing what is required of them to comply with SEC, NASD, OTC, to be a fully reporting, listed company.
They will probably get an E on the 14th. As we've seen in the past, that can definitely tank a stock real quick. But for the real companies, it is usually short lived, and even with the E they can come back, or at least hold their own, or with some, make big gains. Then when the E comes off, things are rosy again.
I'll be looking for good buying opps with MJXC over the next while, and watching the trading closely. But should I load up, I'll also be keeping a beady eye, both on the calendar, for Feb 9 and pending pinko day, as well as for any announcements regarding removal of an E.
