Ted, If the analyst upgrades it and raises the estimates and INTC goes higher, they are happy. If Intel misses those numbers and falls they blame the analyst for being wrong. They do not realize that INTC went higher based on those estimates and deserves to go lower if they miss the numbers. Mani
