Lazarus, Fair Enough!!! I did the same with EWRX (EWRXE), and was able to read between the lines, i.e., that even though they filed with the SEc, the SEC was not happy, and as a result they went to the Pinks...Yet, in EWRX case they have plenty of cash, and are continuing with the SEC, in order to get re-listed...
I have to work for a living, and do not have the ability to trade stocks, or do research during my 10-12 hour days at the Office...Yet, Like all I want to get Rich, and seldom invest without DD, unless it's a pure MoMo play...
Seems like I detect a bit of reluctance on your part to jump start a new investor in SRUN, with any DD you may have accumulated...That's fine by me!!! :-) Until then, I'll take your caution as a signal not to jump in this play until, I do some "Real" DD...I'd like to see it pull back from the News Letter Hype, to around 0.20...them perhaps I will pick up 20K on a lark :-)
