David, Just listened to Grover on radiowallstreet. I am not a big fan of his (he has a ridiculous strong sell on another one of my holdings which if anything is undervalued--IDTC)but a few things he said impressed me.

1. Minimal risk to the numbers (earnings).

2. Partnered with Bell South and SBC (he neglected to mention Bell Atlantic)for termination agreement ever increasing increase in 3's of minutes. Expects them to sign an origination agreement as well, then the number of minutes will be "infinate" (Dave that's a lot of minutes). He said, "...just the two Bells alone (again forgetting Bell Atlantic) could make ITXC a huge spot just on the voice alone. (Let alone enhanced services).

3. VOIP sector: "This is the future, running voice, fax, unified messaging over the internet"... IP protocol networks paradigm shift that nobody can stop. Transfer to IP backbone.

4. will not miss numbers.

5. 75-80 dollar target. Seemed to think this was conservative.
