i agree that Derivian is real competition. so far they are the only co that has shown me any solid competition to BLLS.

Deriv. could have had Sallie Mae if they would have signed on the bottom line that they could have them up in 12 weeks.
BLLS was the only co that would, and then delivered in 10. i am not saying Der. can't deliver in their stated time frame, but i know BLLS can.

Deriv. processes thru Intuit that processes thru CKFR. they have FU, CKFR has WF, but BLLS is signing an agreement with SPECTRUM. this may well shake out in BLLS favor in the long run if SPECTRUM has difficulties with their member banks using different processors.

CKFR is not suppose to be signing with any more service bureaus. this could be the biggest plus to BLLS in the long run.

looking ahead to the consolidations and failures that will be the story of most internet cos , do you see anyone other than TRANSPOINT, BLLS, and CKFR/INTU surviving?

hope you are keeping MO and the guys on the straight and narrow.
