YHOO sold off because the earnings and more importantly, the revenues were not as super-stellar as expected.

This mega-merger could be signaling a major market turn. Time will tell, but the volatility and the swiftness of today's NASDAQ decline doesn't bode well for the next few weeks if you ask me.

I'll be ready to jump in when AOL bottoms, but not yet.
