Hi EKS...About Revenues

PMFJI

>>I dodn't follow this comment. "...Though the sales figure will be much stronger than year-ago's $188 million...". Do they mean for the Intranetware products or sales to their large network enterprise market segment?<<

Total revenues for Q2-96 were 188M. This is because of the channel inventory reduction. According to the company, if you discount this reduction and discontinued businesses, revenues would have been about 393M for Q2-96. Instead of 15% growth (as they promised) to about 450M, we are talking about 300M to 335M.

>>Is the impact to revenue due to the small business segment shortfall only?<<

This is what the company is saying, but I'm not buyimg it. They have had problems with the small biz segment since NT became a viable server. More likely, their problems are across the board in all segments of their biz. With the revenues at the same level as expenses (310M-320M), their operation is not profitable any longer. The slight profit they are talking about comes mostly from the money they make on the 1.0B cash.

Regards

Salah
