They moved to the TSE for a reason. They wouldn't spend the money unless they wanted to raise the company profile and stock price.

I could see them wanting to move the stock up to purchase new companies to diversify.

I'd love for them to do a split to introduce some liquidity. They would create some excitement and draw attention to their tiny share float. I don't think people realise how ridiculously small the market cap is.
