The company has entered into an investor relations contract with Christine
Swanson, PGeo, of Burnaby, B.C., effective Jan. 10, 2000, to perform investor
relations services for the company. The total compensation for this individual
providing investor relations services will be $1,500 per month, which will be paid
from general working capital and the term of employment will be on a monthly
basis. Ms. Swanson does not have any interest, direct or indirect, in the company
or its securities, or any right to acquire such an interest, other than the granting of
employee stock options.
