I doubt the fact that GIFS is a minority owned
business will make any difference as I am guessing
the governmental agency they might be involved in
is foreign. Recall Mohammand's comments at another
website that GIFS next major involvment has
something to do with foreign consultanting work.
I don't recall his exact words and don't remember
which website had Mohammand's interview on it. It
was a month or two ago and was discussed couple of
hundred posts ago.
