Orwell, There are many screaming buys in the mining sector... but I am not sure Metallica is one of them. First, the story with Cambior is still not clear and we don't know what will happen of their option on Cerro San Pedro. Second, it is not obvious that the locals want a mine at Cerro San Pedro. Third, Cerro San Pedro needs $325 and up to go. Despite all these negatives... the stock appears to be extremely cheap.
